Head Of Retail Financial Services
NTUC Income

As Head of Income’s Retail Financial Services, Vivianna oversees and drives the expansion of the social enterprise’s retail financial footprint and builds customer engagement at its branches to support the evolving demands of today’s consumers and their needs throughout their life journeys.

An advocate of needs-based selling, Vivianna is passionate about financial planning and hopes to raise awareness about the importance of having a basic financial plan in place for everyone, especially women. She empowers her 150-member team to raise the bar on financial advisory by grounding them with professional knowledge and skills so that they are able to provide comprehensive planning to customers.

Vivianna is an accomplished professional in the financial industry with over 18 years of experience in both corporate and personal banking. Prior to joining Income in 2016, she was part of the Regional Premier team at OCBC where she provided advisory and support to key regional premier markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong in implementing the group’s sales management framework and premier segment strategy.

A significant part of her earlier career was spent managing and leading teams of personal wealth consultants and premier relationship managers, including those who manages high net-worth clients at OCBC and HSBC. Throughout her career, Vivianna works with customers from all walks of life and has developed a deep understanding of their financial goals, needs, aspirations and challenges. Her experience rooted her as a firm believer that there is no ‘one-size fits all’ solution when it comes to financial planning, and she keeps abreast of new product offerings and market development to provide relevant advice to her clients.
