Shannon is the co-founder and Group CMO of Orami – the largest e-commerce destination for women in Southeast Asia – a serial entrepreneur and a passionate Women’s advocate. She is a
mover and a shaker, dedicated to building businesses and deeply connected in sectors of Business, Entertainment & Media, and Women’s Rights in Thailand and in Asia. Ex-Management Consultant and Investment Banker at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Lehman Brothers, covering Asia ex-Japan and China, Shannon found her niche in International Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, Build Out and Execution.
In 2005, she became Singha’s youngest Director in International Corporate Planning & Strategy overseeing 44 countries worldwide, ranging from Business Set Up, Marketing and Distribution activities i.e. the Manchester City, Natalie Glebova and Vijay Singh’s Brand Ambassadorship, and Thai Festivals in Los Angeles, New York, Sydney and London.
During recent years, she was able to marry her passion for events, entertainment with work and started Iconic Media, with focus on media, events, concert and festivals, integrating TV formats and media applications such as Asia’s Next Top Model and the like. She then followed her two Lehman Brothers colleagues into starting a Financial Advisory Group, Altus Transactional Services, acquiring, building and restructuring conglomerates throughout South East Asia. At Altus, projects included Building a HD Digital Terrestrial Television Station for Dr. Prasert Prasartthong-osoth, www.PPTVThailand.com, Channel 36, from scratch and then a leading role in Lazada – Rocket Internet’s debut in creating “Thailand’s Amazon” ecommerce platform, www.Lazada.co.th.
In 2012, Shannon, along with 2 founding partners, started MOXY, an integrated End-to-End eCommerce Platform, www.moxy.asia – which became Thailand’s top online lifestyle store in
Thailand. In 2014, MOXY was acquired into the MOXY Group [formerly What’s New Group Asia], an Ardent Capital backed venture, joining its other 4 lifestyle ecommerce verticals – Petloft,
Venbi, Sanoga, and Lafema, and rebranding all 5 websites under one umbrella – MOXY. Shannon has joined as its Group Chief Marketing Officer, also overseeing expansion and growth in ASEAN. Indonesia www.moxy.co.id has launched July 2015 and a revamp of Thailand’s www.moxy.co.th in August 2015. In 2015, MOXY merged with Indonesia’s #1 Mothers and Babies eCommerce site, doubling in size and strength and has then collectively rebranded as Orami.

Shannon is a women’s rights advocate and remains active in the non-profit sector. She has helped raising awareness and funds via celebrities and socialites with good causes, such as mentorship and scholarship programs and aiding the Fishing Rehabilitation Projects during the Andaman Tsunami Disaster in 2005. In 2016, Shannon was chosen to represent Asia at the FORTUNE’s Most Powerful Women Summit, nominated in the “40 under 40” to watch by Campaign Asia and honored to be Thailand’s Founder of the Year at the Start-Up Awards.
